Spanish Travel Skit
For this project we were assigned a theme for our group to act out a skit in Spanish. We had to have key words that correspond with our them. For example, our theme was Lodging and some of our key words were key, door, and room. We were given about three weeks to come together and think of an idea that we could use. Then we began with writing the lines. We each needed to have at least ten lines along with commands and cultural references.
What came out of this project is that I was able to practice Spanish in front of people. Also I was able to learn how to better communicate using the language. Another thing is that I better understand Spanish now through practicing with my group. I understood what they said and what was happening on the scene, I was able to follow along. Through this project I can now actually enjoy Spanish and using it opens my horizons.
